Spring Slay Strength Program

Spring Slay - a 6 week progressive overload strength program with a 4 day split: 2 lower body and 2 upper body including a push and a pull day, with an optional 5th full upper body day and 6th full lower body day. Your goal is by the end of 6 weeks to increase weight and resistance. You want to increase weight selection to grow muscle and burn maximum fat. This program is simple in terms of the exercises you complete and created for the beginner to the advanced weight lifter. You can complete this program at a gym or at home. Demos for gym and home are given for every exercise. Suggested equipment: Variety of dumbbells Resistance Bands (anchor for the doorway) Bench Yoga Mat Barbell and plates (you will slowly progress to this as you add weight)
